Each year a Human Resources department outsourced the marketing of our Open Enrollment and Benefits Guide. Bringing these projects in house resulted in tens of thousands in savings. Working with stakeholders in HR, Communications, and getting Executive approval, we delivered the creative, managed print and mail service vendors, and a comprehensive 27 page guide. The result was an immersive experience that told the story of the excellent benefits, fostered pride in the organization, and highlighted our inclusive workplace.
